• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate.

• Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions.

• Additional services requested after project approval may incur extra charges.

3. Scheduling & Access

• Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property.

• Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.

• Cancellations require 24–48 hours’ notice.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

• Deposits may be required for painting projects.

• Late payments may result in fees or service suspension.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH, checks, or cash.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

• Clients must disclose fragile or valuable items before service.

• Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
